| Summary, etc. | Desarrollar el talento de los recursos humanos es una función vital para lograr la visión, la misión y las metas en las organizaciones educativas. Por tal razón, los líderes deben promover el desarrollo de los conocimientos, las destrezas y la disposición necesaria para planificar estratégicamente el reclutamiento, la selección, la inducción, la educación en servicio, la reflexión, la evaluación y el ofrecimiento de compensaciones y beneficios a los recursos humanos. Con dicho propósito se preparó este recurso didáctico.
