| Summary, etc. | La crianza y la educación son dos aspectos diferentes de una misma experiencia: los hijos. Mientras que la crianza se refiere a aspectos básicos de supervivencia y cuidados, la educación se dirige a dotar a los hijos de los recursos físicos, mentales y emocionales para relacionarse con el entorno de manera sana y equilibrada, tanto en el presente como en el futuro. Pero parece que la educación emocional ha sido siempre la gran olvidada y se ha dejado que cada niño y niña desarrolle su manual de instrucciones emocional de manera espontánea y autónoma, sin guía ni supervisión, mientras que para el cuerpo y la mente hay entrenadores, maestros y demás profesionales. La educación emocional es un proceso que implica una inversión de tiempo y energía muy elevados. Si no se sabe cómo afrontarlo, el desgaste individual y del sistema familiar puede ser muy alto, pagando el precio del desencanto, la frustración y la desesperación. Por ello, es necesario conocer el mundo emocional de los niños y desarrollar estrategias que faciliten esta labor y conviertan a la educación en una experiencia gratificante y enriquecedora. |
