Algunas, como el algarrobo, la jagua y el pajuil tiene aroma y sabor fuerte, y difícilmente recobrarán la aceptación que tuvieron; pero otras, como el anón, el guamá y el pajuil merecen conocerse, disfrutarse y sembrarse. No se incluye el caimito, el corazón, el mamey y el níspero, que algunos clasificarían como frutas olvidadas, porque todavía se encuentran con regularidad en las plazas del Mercado"--Page 3 |
