520 _aThe lake, with its serene beauty and constant change, has been an endless source of inspiration for artists, poets, and, of course, architects. In this book, we delve into a selection of architectural projects that all have one thing in common: the majesty of a lake as their backdrop. As you flip through the following pages, you will witness the creativity and vision of prominent architects whose works seamlessly integrate with the natural surroundings, enjoying the panoramic views and tranquillity that only a lake environment can provide. Each project offers a distinct interpretation of the relationship between architecture and water, showcasing how a lake's presence can shape how we live, work, and interact with the built environment. Join us on this architecture exploration alongside talented designers whose creations rise in harmony with the natural beauty only a lake can provide. AUTHOR: Anna Minguet is a creative based in Barcelona. She helps with the production department of Monsa Publishing House, preparing layouts and organizing the editorial schedule.
