When the first edition of Career Choice and Development was published in 1984, it brought together the most current ideas of the recognized authorities in the field of career development. Now this completely revised third edition examines four newly emerging theories of career choice and development. In a unique approach, the contributors then illustrate their ideas and practices by applying their thinking to a single case example. The study produces both variations and similarities in results'helping to clearly define each career development method, and reflecting the range of perspectives offered in this important new resource.
Includes bibliographical references and indexes.
