This theory is used to clarify the variety of group processes and is translated into practical techniques to highlight the benefits of these processes within group therapy. Each chapter contains concrete interventions, skill labs, and a practical manual where corresponding techniques are further demonstrated with lively examples and practical exercises. The book concludes with a troubleshooting guide to offer solutions to complex problems group therapists may encounter.
