A collection of short stories, poems, poetic prose and photography, Stars Like Fish is a voyage to a future past through images and emotions.

"The strong psychological content behind the thoughts, dreams and metaphors in this book speak to everyone about the anxieties of our age. Globalization and technology have forced changes at neck breaking speed, and consequences are poorly measured. In pieces like Trancecode, In Toxx, Disaster, Earth and Post-Human the author offers subtle shades of meaning and portent that are not lost in the simplicity of the narrative - they echo faintly of semi opened doors in our minds and invite us in. Although written from a unique perspective, it enables us to share the feelings of a generation through poetic ordinariness that tells us more about ourselves than we may expect. Alejandra writes in a tone that is fresh and vibrant and very in tune with our fast paced reality."
