Includes unnumbered binders with spine titles: Highlights (1 v.), Tables (1 v.), Table of cases (1 v.), Regulations preambles (2 v.); Proposed regulations preambles (1 v.), and Index (1 v.).

Accompanied by: Current tax highlights (filed in Highlights binder), and additional pamphlets.

Regulations issued 1985-1997 in eight starred binders (accompanied by the Regulations preambles, and Proposed regulations preambles binders). In 1998 the starred binders were replaced by five pamphlet volumes, which will be replaced annually, and a loose-leaf volume which will be updated monthly.

Kept up to date by monthly pamphlets, cumulative supplements and loose-leaf vols. rev. by Philip Zimet editor-in-chief and others.

Superseded from time to time by permanent vols.
