"Puerto Rican English language learners from two public high schools from the southeastern region of the island were examined. Findings revealed that, according to their perceptions, learning English helps them when they travel, technological media such as cable television, internet, an dmusic help them learn English, and learning a second language should not be a cause of fear and stress"
