There is extensive coverage of the controversy regarding use of aluminum for cooking and storing food, along with suggestions for vitamins and food supplements to counteract prior aluminum intake. The basic preventive strategiesnutrition, avoidance of aluminum, aerobic exercise, and a vegetarian dietare all discussed in depth.
