Pig is an obsessed writer and the guardian devil of Violetta who lived rejecting the name and family that she was born into. She narrates her rebellious trip from Mexico to several cities of the United States, her fears, the solitude and the broken illusions of a life that she created based on the manipulation of others. This winning novel is a work that will become a landmark in Spanish Literature: perfectly constructed, it presents a modern-time picaresque character which nobody had done until now.
