School Library Journal Review

Gr 9-12-Compiled by Patrón Luján, the entries here are inspirational messages on life by numerous poets and authors. Their subjects include love, happiness, and friendship, among others, and take the form of proverbs, poetry, and essays. Black-and-white line drawings are found throughout the volume. This enjoyable anthology includes original verse by the compiler, as well as by many well-known people, such as Mother Teresa and Jorge Luis Borges. (c) Copyright 2010.
