Many Latinos struggle with pressures to reclaim and reaffirm their heritage while simultaneously facing pressures to assimilate into the dominant American culture. This program examines the question of which part of their culture Latinos feel they should keep and leave behind, explodes some commonly help beliefs and misperceptions about who Lationos are today en United States, and probes the relationship between ethnic identity and enterpreneurial success in the changing mosaic of the United States marketplace.
