178 p. col. ill. ; plans ; 25 cm. "Through his projects, Rahola revisits his personal history of architecture with an original and singular eye: that of a man at peace with the world. The broad repertoire of modern references which he incorporates co-habit successfully in his work thanks to the simplicity and emotion of his approach. Rahola is moved by places, by materials, by the hillsides he builds upon, and in such a way that we share his emotion."-- Contents: 6 El último noucentista The last noucentista Josep Quetglas -- 10 Ca Na Putxa -- 18 Cuatro y media de Jesús Four and a half in Jesús Manuel Gausa -- 28 Pabellón Estel.la Estel.la’s pavilion -- 34 Casa Carmen Carmen’s house -- 46 Casa Mayte Mayte’s house -- 56 Casa Abel Abel’s house -- 68 Innisfree Carlos Naya -- 72 Escuela de Hostelería en Cambrils Hotels and Tourism School in Cambrils -- 82 Hotel Sal Rossa en Eivissa Sal Rossa Hotel in Eivissa -- 88 Facultad de Informática de la Universidad de Barcelona Computer Faculty in Barcelona -- 98 Centro Cívico Sanitario en Sant Esteve Sesrovires Civic and Health Centre in Sant Esteve Sesrovires -- 108 Escuela de Idiomas en Girona Language School in Girona -- 118 Ampliación de la Facultad de Biología de Barcelona Extensión of the Biology Faculty in Barcelona -- 128 Centro Sanitario en Barcelona Sanitary Centre in Barcelona -- 138 36 Viviendas en Barcelona 36 apartments in Barcelona -- 144 Escuela de Ingeniería en Vic Engineering School in Vic -- 152 Colegio de Abogados en Girona Law Institute in Girona -- 162 Subcentral Eléctrica en Barcelona Power Station in Barcelona -- 170 Esquema de un articulo para Victor Rahola Outline of an article for Victor Rahola Ignacio Paricio -- 176 Curriculum Vitae -- [textos de Josep Quetglas ... et al.].
