The Official Catholic Directory is the authoritative reference for Catholic Church institutions, clergy, and diocesan information in the United States and worldwide.

The Official Catholic Directory (OCD) was first published in 1817 by P.J. Kenedy & Sons and has been a primary reference for over 200 years . It provides detailed, verified information on Catholic dioceses, parishes, schools, hospitals, missions, religious orders, and clergy, making it an indispensable tool for Church administration, research, and verification of tax-exempt status under the IRS/USCCB Group Ruling.
