Booklist Review

(It is BOOKLIST policy that a book written by a contributing reviewer receive a brief descriptive announcement rather than a recommended review.) A guide to library use of electronic mail that explains what it is, suggests library applications for it, introductorily discusses computer-based E-mail systems, outlines differences between E-mail systems, and advises on selecting E-mail service and appropriate hardware. Notes, six appendixes including annotated bibliography, glossary, and directory of vendors; index. --Ray Olson
