In one of its large, run-down houses called Mas Aca, surrounded by exotic vegetation and ghostly statues and fountains, a family awaits an event which will forever shake them out of their inertia. Meanwhile, a series of minor and apparently harmless incidents happen, threatening the reality made up of memories, symbols, and hopes.
