The authors provide a multitude of useful information in a workbook approach that allows the reader to become actively involved in a number of important topics. They emphasize planning and setting goals in scheduling a four-year program and in developing learning, reading, writing, and test-taking skills while in high school, as well as in preparing for the college admissions process. A worthwhile book for organized high school freshmen or those looking for structure; unfortunately the workbook format is problematic for library collections.
