Esta guía nace con el objetivo de acercar la justicia restaurativa a los profesionales de la criminología desde una doble perspectiva, teórica y práctica. La guía realiza una aproximación a las bases teóricas de la justicia restaurativa, a las distintas formas y sus contextos de aplicación, haciendo hincapié en la capacidad de prevenir, generar el cambio y fomentar el desistimiento. |
