| Summary, etc. | El derecho mercantil o derecho comercial es una rama particular del derecho privado, que tiene como objetivo normar y acompañar las dinámicas de intercambio de bienes y servicios, es decir, los actos comerciales contemplados en la ley, así como las implicaciones jurídicas que se desprendan de ellos. |
