Casi siempre funcionamos en modo pensante, sin despegarnos del diálogo interno que acapara la atención y condiciona nuestro comportamiento. Este libro no se ha escrito para regalar al lector una respuesta prefabricada a la pregunta del título, sino para invitarle a que sea él mismo quien la encuentre. Porque no basta con colmarle una necesidad intelectual; lo importante es que descubra un sentido nuevo, que haga más satisfactoria su existencia. Aprender a estar serenamente receptivos, arraigados en el presente, puede abrir la puerta hacia una vida más equilibrada y consciente; en suma, hacia una vida más real y menos deformada por el egocentrismo. |
