| Summary, etc. | Para realizar tareas sencillas de servicio de alimentos, bebidas y complementos utilizaremos técnicas simples en función de la fórmula de restauración y tipos de servicio y clientes de que se trate. En este libro veremos cómo identificar las diferentes técnicas de servicio y de qué manera aplicar las más sencillas y de uso común, seleccionando y aprendiendo a usar los útiles e instrumentos necesarios para ello. Además, aprenderemos a colaborar en el proceso de cierre de las áreas de consumo de alimentos y bebidas, aplicando instrucciones definidas y atendiendo a las normas de seguridad correspondientes. Cada capítulo se complementa con actividades de repaso, cuyas soluciones están disponibles en www.paraninfo.es. Los contenidos se corresponden con los de la UF0059 Servicio básico de alimentos y bebidas y tareas de postservicio en el restaurante, incardinada en el MF0257_1 Servicio básico de restaurante-bar, perteneciente al certificado profesional HOTR0208 Operaciones básicas de restaurante y bar, regulado por el RD 1376/2008, de 1 de agosto, y modificado por el RD 619/2013, de 2 de agosto. |
