| Summary, etc. | Las relaciones de ayuda son encuentros apasionantes que desean liberar del sufrimiento evitable e integrar el que se puede evitar. El modelo del counselling humanista se ha mostrado eficaz y humanizador en sus diferentes expresiones. La magia de las relaciones de ayuda se produce si se genera la confianza que nace del no sentirse juzgado. Quien se siente acogido sin condiciones, se abre, se empodera, se motiva para ayudarse a sí mismo.Estas páginas recogen algunas implicaciones de esta actitud, que Rogers consideró una de las tres necesarias para ayudar: empatía, autenticidad y consideración positiva. Esta última es explorada aquí, desmenuzada en sus implicaciones, contrastada desde las distintas fuentes, desplegada en su significado de ausencia de juicio moralizante, confianza en el ayudado, validación de sentimientos y cordialidad. Hay en el fondo un convencimiento que nace de la experiencia: Sin juzgar al otro, se produce la tendencia actualizante, la tendencia al mejor desarrollo de la persona. Los autores, docentes de counselling, profundizan sobre este aspecto que, de manera más genérica, presentaron en otras de sus obras sobre relación de ayuda, aplicada al mundo sanitario, social, educativo, espiritual, etc. Aquí dan forma a esta expresión de la genuina compasión del ser humano ante el malestar del otro. |
