| Summary, etc. | Las emociones son el verdadero motor de nuestras vidas, pues conllevan una reacción fisiológica, cognitiva y conductual ante los estímulos. Hay emociones imprescindibles para sobrevivir sorteando los peligros; otras, nos ayudan a adaptarnos y a tomar decisiones; hay las que liberan tensiones, que nos motivan o que nos llenan de energía, pero todas ellas son herramientas básicas para la vida, y si queremos vivir mejor y más felices, tenemos que aprender a dominarlas. La educación emocional es un camino en el que enseñamos a los niños a reconocer y dar nombre a cada emoción en un constante juego de autoconocimiento que desemboca en una mejor gestión emocional. Con ella, serán capaces de tomar el control interior y desarrollar empatía con los demás, mejorando su futura vida social y laboral. |
