| Summary, etc. | El presente volumen de colección «Introducción al Estudio de la Biblia», dirigida por la Asociación Bíblica Española, es una formidable introducción a la lectura de los cinco primeros libros de la Biblia. La obra de Félix García López responde a cuatro objetivos: 1) partir del texto final, valorando más el texto en sí que lo que está detrás de él; 2) integrar, en la medida de lo posible, los estudios sincrónicos y diacrónicos; 3) estudiar el texto desde el punto de vista literario y teológico, sin descuidar su trasfondo histórico; 4) no dar nunca por zanjadas las cuestiones en discusión. Estas son las principales señas de identidad de este manual. Esta nueva edición ha experimentado un cambio notable respecto de la primera. Se han renovado muchas notas a lo largo del libro y también las bibliografías parciales de cada capítulo; además, se ha añadido una selecta «Bibliografía general» al final de la obra. Dichos cambios tienen como objetivo ayudar al lector a profundizar y actualizar sus conocimientos y sus estudios en el controvertido mundo del Pentateuco. |
