Seguido de ello, aborda el tema de las opiniones consultivas; la cuestión política; la madurez; la academicidad y los pleitos colusorios. El autor también dedica un capítulo al tema de la legitimación activa y sus variantes: cuando se trata de pleitos de contribuyentes; pleitos instados por integrantes de la Asamblea Legislativa, por asociaciones, grupos y partidos políticos, así como de reclamos basados en los derechos de terceros. |
