| Summary, etc. | Este manual práctico está pensado para psicólogos que quieren adquirir herramientas, conceptuales y técnicas, para trabajar con la emoción en psicoterapia. Se presentan, en una primera parte, los fundamentos teóricos del proceso emocional y su contribución a la salud y a la emergencia de las dificultades y trastornos. En una segunda parte, se presentan diferentes recursos técnicos –tareas terapéuticas en el lenguaje de la TFE– para trabajar con los pacientes y sus dificultades emocionales (diálogo de sillas, tareas que buscan facilitar la profundización y regulación emocional o tareas para mantener y reparar la alianza). Por último, abordamos diferentes áreas del desarrollo profesional, como la formación y supervisión en TFE, la formulación de casos o la investigación, con el ánimo de que los lectores que ya conocen el modelo amplíen perspectivas y de que, aquellos que comienzan a interesarse por él, encuentren puntos de conexión con su práctica y conocimientos previos. |
