| Summary, etc. | Esta labor de sintetizar la jurisprudencia del Tribunal Supremo de Puerto Rico conlleva el propósito de ayudar a los estudiantes y a todos los estudiosos del Derecho Puertorriqueño a, en un solo tomo, tener acceso a las partes substanciales de la casuística del Tribunal Supremo de Puerto Rico del año 2023. En la Introducción se ha realizado una especie de índice temático, mediante el cual, al consultar el mismo, el lector puede tener conocimiento de la figura jurídica que cubre cada decisión del Tribunal Supremo y le ofrece el número de ficha correspondiente donde encontrarla en el libro. En ningún momento, la lectura de los resúmenes aquí incluidos puede sustituir el encuentro directo del lector con la decisión emitida por el Tribunal Supremo, según consta en las avanzadas del Colegio de Abogados, de LEXJURIS o de las Decisiones de Puerto Rico. |
