| Summary, etc. | Este trabajo lleva por título "Síntesis: Jurisprudencia Derecho Constitucional'. Se trata, a nuestro juicio, de una síntesis de las decisiones del Tribunal Supremo de Puerto Rico más sobresalientes del Siglo XX y comienzos del siglo XXI – hasta diciembre de 2017 –, especialmente, aquellas relacionadas con la interpretación de las leyes concernientes a las normas jurídicas del Derecho Constitucional, a tenor de la Constitución de Puerto Rico, de las Reglas de Procedimiento Criminal, de las leyes especiales y de la propia Jurisprudencia del Tribunal Supremo. |
