Ellos nos cuidaron con valores, amor y fe hoy le entregamos de vuelta lo que hemos recibido. Si bien es cierto que los cuidadores experimentan cansancio físico, emocional y en ocasiones no tienen tiempo para su autocuidado personal, "Cuidándote" tiene algunos ejercicios prácticos que te guiarán en tu vida diaria. "Cuidándote" te permitirá conocer también testimonios reales de cuidadores que comparten la plenitud que sienten al cuidado de un adulto mayor. Todas estas vivencias están sustentadas en "citas bíblicas" en la palabra de Dios, las que puedes encontrar al final de este libro. |
