| Summary, etc. | Los cristianos han conservado y siguen transmitiendo los relatos acerca de Jesús porque confiesan que Dios le otorgó un nombre sobre todo nombre. La cristología trata de identificar y comprender el nombre auténtico de Jesús, el que designa a la vez su identidad y su misión: el Hijo. En el nombre de Jesús se ofrece a los hombres la filiación y la fraternidad como contenido de la salvación, como la reconciliación que les hace experimentar la alegría de haber encontrado lo que esperaban.
