| Summary, etc. | Este trabajo trata sobre los artículos del Libro Segundo del Código Civil de 2020 -Las Instituciones Familiares- y los comentarios de cada artículo a base de Su Historial Legislativo, y apuntes tomados de los siguientes libros de la autora: 25 Lecciones de Derecho de Familia; La Mujer Puertorriqueña: Historia y Derecho de Familia; y, Síntesis de Jurisprudencia de Derecho de Familia. De acuerdo con la Exposición de Motivos de la Ley Núm. 55 de 2020 -Código Civil de Puerto Rico de 2020- la Asamblea Legislativa de Puerto Rico incorporó en el nuevo código una serie de medidas que atienden diversos temas que impactan el Libro de Instituciones Familiares: la Ley de Adopción de Puerto Rico (Ley 61-2018), la Ley que permite la modificación de las capitulaciones matrimoniales (Ley 62-2018), las leyes que permiten la autorización de matrimonios ante notario (Ley 201-2016) y, el divorcio ante notario (Ley 52-2017). Otros cambios relevantes en el Libro Segundo del Código Civil son incluidos en esta publicación. |
