| Summary, etc. | Presentamos un manual para los profesionales clínicos que deseen aprender un tratamiento psicodinámico eficaz para los pacientes jóvenes con trastornos de personalidad. A pesar de la evidencia convergente de que los trastornos de personalidad aparecen en la niñez y son claramente evidentes en la adolescencia, la investigación sobre posibles tratamientos eficaces viene siendo limitada. En razón de ello, los autores detallan los modelos de tratamiento que gozan de unos firmes fundamentos teóricos y analizan las intervenciones sistemáticas pensadas para explorar y resolver los conflictos y conductas, comunes a todos los trastornos de personalidad, que dificultan el desarrollo adolescente normal. |
