| Summary, etc. | En la década de 1950, Filiberto Ojeda Ríos se destacó como trompetista para varias orquestas en Puerto Rico y Nueva York, donde desarrolló una carrera profesional leyendo y ejecutando pentagramas. Sus destrezas y disciplina como músico fueron reconocidas internacionalmente. Sin embargo, la experiencia de la emigración, las incertidumbres sociales, la marginación y el acercamiento a grupos como el Movimiento Libertador de Puerto Rico y el Movimiento 26 de julio crearon las bases para la redefinición y radicalización de su aparato ideológico. Ante la nueva educación, su activar fue revolucionario. |
