La primera sección del texto, dividida en 20 capítulos, está dedicada a la descripción sistemática y funcional de los aparatos y sistemas constituyentes del cuerpo humano desde una perspectiva morfológica con criterios funcionales y de aplicación clínica. La segunda parte, formada por 4 capítulos, es una aproximación topográfica de todas las regiones del cuerpo humano, realzando la importancia de las relaciones espaciales de las estructuras anatómicas y su repercusión clínico-quirúrgica. Atendiendo a los comentarios recibidos sobre la edición anterior se ha introducido iconografía para simplificar la comprensión anatómica y se han añadido casos clínicos acompañados de imágenes para comparar la anatomía normal de la alterada por lesión o enfermedad. |
