Realiza un trabajo brillante y sumamente erudito respecto a la producción de excepcionalidad dentro de la gubernamentabilidad y del derecho; ese trato "de excepción" se discute históricamente desde los griegos hasta nuestros días. Asimismo, de la mano de los estudios feministas y cuir el texto va tejiendo argumentos críticos para cuestionar las bases del derecho y de la ciencia política occidental.
