| Summary, etc. | Esta obra lleva consigo el propósito d proporcionar al lector una herramienta que este pueda utilizar para el estudio de los términos aquí tratados. A esos fines, se ha definido la mayor parte de los vocablos y las frases y, en ocasiones se ha ampliado la definición a tenor de la jurisprudencia del Tribunal Supremo de Puerto Rico la cual, en realidad, constituye la base sobre la cual se asienta el diccionario. Esta labor conlleva el propósito de ayudar a los estudiantes y a todos los estudiosos del Derecho Puertorriqueño a tener acceso a la terminología más utilizada en las siguientes áreas del Derecho: Derecho administrativo, Derecho constitucional, Derecho de familia, Derecho de contratos, Derecho de corporaciones, Derecho de obligaciones, Derecho de propiedad, Derecho de sucesiones, Derecho hipotecario, Derecho laboral, Derecho notarial, Derecho penal, Derecho probatorio, Procedimiento civil, Procedimiento criminal, Responsabilidad civil extracontractual.
