| Summary, etc. | En esta antología preparada en 1980, para un curso de maestría y doctorado que el autor impartió con el mismo título, hace justicia a unos poetas que habían estado desubicados por resultar fronterizos entre la poesía precedente de los cincuentas y la generación del sesenta que revolucionó la poesía en nuestra Isla. Medina muy sabiamente, sabe que Hugo Margenat fue el poeta idolatrado por los sesentistas, especialmente los de Guajana, pero no así en su momento. De este modo, no solo plantea de dónde vino el “origen” sino quiénes junto a Margenat ya habían puesto las semillas de tal revolucionaria novedad. |
