| Summary, etc. | En esta investigación se utilizó el modelo de descripción, análisis e interpretación propuesto por el antropólogo e investigador norteamericano Harry F. Wolcott. El propósito principal fue conocer las experiencias de un grupo de mujeres trabajadoras puertorriqueñas entorno a las implicaciones de la menstruación en el escenario laboral . Ofrece una revisión y conceptualización de la menstruación en el ambito de las organizaciones. La muestra estuvo constituida por un grupo focal compuesto por siete mujeres seleccionadas por disponibilidad . Entre los hallazgos se encuentra que la menstruación afecta el desempeño laboral y causa estrés por causa del sangrado abundante . |
