| Summary, etc. | El objetivo principal de esta investigación fue adaptar y validar el Texas Revised Inventory of Grief (ITRD) , versión traducida para los hispanos de Grabowskiy Frantz (1992-1993). Para realizar esta investigación se utilizó una metodología cuantitativa. Para validar y adaptar el instrumento se utilizó una muestra de 300 individuos mayores de 21años y que estuvieran empleados. La muestra fue por disponibilidad. Se utilizó la validez de constructo para llevar a cabo el análisis de factores del inventario. Para mostrar la confiabilidad del instrumento se realizó el análisis de Alfa de Cronbach. Se concluye necesario establecer un protocolo para que estos individuos que ,a su vez , son empleados puedan ver el área laboral como una que les distraera de su pérdida y que donde se comprenden y validan los sentimientos que puedan tener. |
