| Summary, etc. | "Toda antología pretende despertar el interés del lector, bien por la obra de un determinado autor, bien por cierto tipo de literatura (perteneciente a un determinado espacio o tiempo, versada sobre un tema específico, …), y para ello el antólogo debe enfrentarse a varios retos. Una vez decidido el concepto sobre el que se articulará el conjunto de relatos, se ha de tener en cuenta tanto la calidad como la representatividad de estos últimos y afanarse en el complejo proceso de la selección. Las antologías de grupo, en concreto, deben mantener un equilibrio no siempre sencillo entre varios elementos: el número y representatividad de los autores incluidos, la calidad de los textos seleccionados y la propia representatividad de estos últimos con respecto a la obra de sus autores. En nuestro caso, la idea que ha guiado la selección de cuentos es la de ofrecer una muestra lo más amplia, sugerente y representativa posible de la literatura puertorriqueña del siglo XXI". |
