También se encontró que, en general, los mismos no estaban recibiendo el debido adiestramiento sobre los beneficios, opciones y estructuras repecto a este fenómeno. Por consiguiente, se comprobó que es imperativo construir un programa de preparación para la jubilación de la transición del mundo del trabajo, hacia el de la jubilación una más manejable y menos traumática". |
