| Summary, etc. | En el campo de la nanotecnología existen materiales con un tamaño de 1 a100 nm conocidos como nanopartículas. Los puntos cuánticos (PCs) son nanopartículas metálicas, cristalinas y semiconductoras.Éstos semiconductores pueden ser sintetizados a diferentes temperaturas para obtener diferentes tamaños de cristal(azul,verde, amarillo y rojo)respectivamente.El efecto de éstos fue evaluado en células de ovario de Hámster Chino (CHO). El efecto fue evaluado con pruebas de viabilidad y actividad isoenzimas(CYPIA1,CYPZC9 , CYP3 A4 ) del sistema del citocromo P450 mocrosomal.Todo esto indicó que los PCs puden entrar dentro de las células CHO. |
