| Summary, etc. | "Este libro discute cómo se generó la deuda pública colonial impagable; bajo qué normas morales y de derecho, Estados Unidos es responsable a los acreedores de la deuda; qué alternativas políticas y jurídicas hay para enfrentar la deuda y la crisis; y cómo construir un nuevo bloque histórico amplio del pueblo puertorriqueño para generar un programa sustantivo pluralista solidario de país.
