| Summary, etc. | Hoy todo el mundo se permite el lujo (y a veces también la osadía) de hablar sobre psiquiatría, trastornos mentales y sobre sus posibles influencias en la comisión de un delito, en la importancia de una minusvalía, o en el manejo de una enfermedad. Por otro lado basta hoy con acudir a cualquier Juzgado para darse cuenta de la cantidad de informes periciales psiquiátricos que obran en los procedimientos, y sobre los que Tribunales deberán motivar sus resoluciones y sentencias. Este manual pretende proporcionar a los Tribunales de Justicia una herramienta que facilite su trabajo diario. No se trata de hacerles especialistas en psiquiatría, ello ni seria posible, ni tampoco lo necesitan, ya tienen a sus peritos oficiales, los médicos forenses para ayudarles en la interpretación de todo lo relacionado con la medicina y biología. En el manual se repasan las enfermedades mentales mas frecuentes haciendo especial incidencia a los aspectos criminológicos y forenses. |
