| Summary, etc. | Este proyecto presenta una investigación cualitativa de tipo documental con el propósito de auscultar el novel modelo laboral de flexiseguridad danesa. A través del mismo el investigador realizó una revisión de literatura sobre la flexiseguridad danesa y posteriormente sobre la implementación de este modelo en España e Irlanda. También, como objetivo del estudio se propuso auscultar la posible implementación de este exitoso modelo de relaciones laborales en Puerto Rico. El investigador presenta respuestas a las preguntas de investigación, las cuales en esencia van dirigidas a contestar si se ha podido implementar con éxito este modelo en los dos mencionados países y si sería posible una implementación en Puerto Rico. Al ser una investigación cualitativa este estudio es una fuente de consulta para la academia, gobierno y público en general sobre este novedoso tema. Por último, el investigador presenta una serie de recomendaciones para continuar investigando en relación al tema expuesto y los hallazgos del estudio. |
