Trata el mismo de la divulgación completa, por primera vez, del documento original de la fundación de Mayaüez, según hecos ocurridos entre el 29 de julio y el 29 de octubre de 1760. El documento de referencia lo certifica posteriormente, el 29 de mayo de 1837, don Antonio Ximénez (Jiménez) y Moreno, Secretario de la Villa de Mayagüez. Copia mecanografiada de este documento obra em el Archivo General de Puerto Rico, Departamento de Obras Públicas, Sección Propiedad Pública, Legajo cuarenta y cuatro (44), Expediente 28 y siguientes. |
