| Summary, etc. | “Los aspectos psicológicos se encuentran presentes en todos los procesos de la práctica deportiva y de la vida diaria. Esta investigación abunda sobre las motivaciones de los jóvenes para practicar deportes y del nivel de dominio de habilidades psicológicas, relacionadas al buen desempeño deportivo y a los aspectos psicosociales saludables. Se identificaron dos orientaciones motivacionales predominantes: la orientación al ego y la orientación hacia la tarea (Hellin & Moreno, 2007), las cuales se enmarcan dentro del modelo cognitivo social y los trabajos de autores como Atkinson ( 1958) y Nicholls (1992). Los resultados evidenciaron un predominio de la orientación hacia la tarea, así como un bajo dominio de las habilidades psicológicas de concentración y el estilo cognitivo reflexivo –impulsivo”. |
