| Summary, etc. | "Laguerre con sus ensayos periodísticos, dio a conocer las décadas del 30 y 40 con voz crítica y presencial. No se debe limitar el análisis de los ensayos periodísticos laguerreanos a su estructura e instrumento literario porque resultaría en un ejercicio vago. En cambio, el análisis de contenido y comparación con otros trabajos aporta al conocimiento de un espacio y época determinada. No fueron unos meros 29 ensayos presentados; en cada ensayo había que indagar y profundizar en cinco o seis documentos primarios que corroboraran lo presentado. Esto brinda calidad al trabajo, que pasa a ser la aportación principal del mismo.
