| Summary, etc. | Como marco teórico se usó la Teoría de capital psicológico de Luthans, Avolio y Youssef y el Modelo de comportamiento innovador estableido por Janssen. Se utilizó una metodología cuantitativa con un diseño transversal correlacional para poder describir las relaciones estadísticas de las variables. Se demostró que existe una relación estadísticamente significativa entre las variables: capital psicológico y comportamiento innovador. |
